Nurse Navigator Liaison

Shannon Luker, RN, BSN, OCN, CBCN is an oncology nurse with more than 20 years of experience dedicated to advancing high-quality, patient-centered cancer care. She has practiced in oncology since 2002, has been OCN® certified since 2006, and CBCN® certified since 2014. Shannon has served as the Clinical Coordinator at Parrish Medical Center since 2014 and as the Commission on Cancer (CoC) Coordinator since 2016, contributing to an oncology program that has maintained CoC accreditation since the early 1990s.

A member of FLASCO leadership since 2015, Shannon serves as the Nurse Navigator Liaison, supporting the Society’s mission to promote excellence in oncology care across Florida. She is also a medical team volunteer with Casting for Recovery in Florida. Shannon is deeply committed to guiding patients and families across the cancer continuum — from diagnosis through treatment, survivorship, and end-of-life care — serving as a trusted partner in care and advocate for compassionate, coordinated oncology services.
