Dr. Samuel A. Kareff is a Medical Oncologist/Hematologist specializing in the care of thoracic and gastrointestinal malignancies at the Lynn Cancer Institute, Baptist Health South Florida, in Boca Raton and Delray Beach. He previously served as a Fellow liaison to the FLASCO board during his Chief Fellowship at the University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Outside of his busy clinical practice, his interests include the intersection of translational and precision oncology, health care disparities, medical education, and health advocacy and policy. Dr. Kareff has published in numerous medical journals, presented at international medical conferences, and educated medical trainees of all levels. As a FLASCO Board member, he hopes to perpetuate our organization’s mission of serving as one of many “Voice[s] of Oncology in Florida.
