Rachel Hernandez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Cancer Specialists of North Florida. She attended Florida State University and received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology before earning her Master of Social Work in 2021. Prior to CSNF, she worked in South Florida as a hematology/oncology social worker in both the inpatient and outpatient sectors. She is passionate about ensuring her patients’ needs are addressed and strives to minimize barriers for patients to access the care they deserve.

In addition to serving as the SW liaison to FLASCO, she proudly serves as the treasurer for the Florida Society of Oncology Social Workers. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family or trying new recipes in the kitchen.
