Megan Kranz, PharmD, BCPS, BCOP completed her PGY-1 pharmacy residency at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN in 2018, She completed her PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center in 2019. Megan Kranz, PharmD, BCPS, BCOP went on to stay on at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center after residency and is now the clinical oncology pharmacist for the GI/GU/Neuro/Sarcoma clinics. She is also the PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency Director at Baptist MD Anderson.
