Lisa Nodzon is a Lead Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Malignant Hematology at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute in Tampa, Florida. She has been practicing there since 2010. Her primary scope of practice encompasses the care and management of malignant hematology patients with an emphasis on chronic leukemias. She has co-authored several peer review journal articles in addition to speaking at the national and state level on topics involving these diseases.

She is dual board certified as an Advanced Oncology Certified and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa and PhD degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, with a focus on Molecular and Cellular biology. Dr. Nodzon was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Cancer Biology at Mayo Clinic focusing on the development of cell models for colon carcinogenesis.

Dr. Nodzon is an active member of various professional societies including the Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology and Oncology (APSHO), American Society of Hematology, American Society of Clinical Oncology and Florida Association of Clinical Oncology (FLASCO) and International Cardio-Oncology Society (IC-OS).
