She holds dual certifications in both oncology (BCOP) and pharmacotherapy (BCPS) and is also a licensed consultant pharmacist.

Prior to joining FCS, Kristen was the Lead Clinical Oncology Pharmacy Specialist in charge of infusion services at CCF’s Maroone Cancer Center and Tomsich Family Health Center. In January 2021, Kristen was promoted to Director of Pharmacy Operations. In this role, Kristen continues to expand on PharmOps’ tradition of improving outcomes thru education, open dialogue, and implementation of best practices.
