University of Florida - Jacksonville Fellow Liaison

Dr. Kayla DeSuza is a Hematology-Oncology Fellow Physician. She received her medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Auburn, Alabama. She subsequently completed internal medicine residency training at the University of Miami/JFK Consortium in Atlantis, Florida. Currently, she is continuing her subspecialty training in Hematology and Oncology at the University of Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.

She enjoys spending time with family/friends and being active outdoors. While in college at Florida Atlantic University, she was a member of the Division I Women’s Golf Team although now plays just for fun. She also enjoys traveling.
