Dr. Fatima Tuz Zahra is a Hematology and Medical Oncology fellow at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center/University of South Florida, where she also serves as Chief Fellow and Education Chief for the benign hematology curriculum. She completed her internal medicine residency at Albany Medical Center in New York and earned her medical degree from King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan. Her clinical and research interests span acute myeloid leukemia, lymphoid and T‑cell malignancies, real world outcomes studies in lymphoid and myeloid malignancies, and population-level disparities in cancer outcomes, with numerous first-author abstracts and publications in high-impact hematology/oncology journals. She is an active member of ASH and ASCO. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Florida’s outdoors with her husband and daughter and cooking fusion Asian–Mediterranean cuisine.
