Joy Oronos, RN, OCN®, MSN NE is a healthcare nurse executive with more than 30 years of experience leading nursing, infusion centers, integrative therapy, and multidisciplinary support teams in outpatient oncology settings. A respected healthcare innovator, she specializes in transforming operations and developing high-impact clinical, operational, and financial strategies that drive growth, improve efficiency, and support sustainable outcomes.

A transformational leader, Joy is deeply committed to nursing excellence, shared governance, and evidence-based practice. She is passionate about advancing the professional development of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered oncology care. Joy is a past President of the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Miami-Dade Chapter, an active member of the National Oncology Nursing Society, and has been an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN®) since 2003. In 2025, she was honored with the City of Miami Beach Nurse of the Year Award for her leadership, community impact, and dedication to oncology patients and staff. She also serves as Co-chair of the FLASCO Membership Committee, Co-Chair of the FLASCO RN Consortium, and a Liaison to the FLASCO Board of Directors.
