Pharmacist Liaison

C. Brooke Adams is a board-certified Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Malignant Hematology, Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy and the PGY-2 Oncology Residency Program Coordinator at the Orlando Health Cancer Institute. She completed her Doctorate of Pharmacy with research concentration at East Tennessee State University and her PGY-1 pharmacy practice and PGY-2 oncology residencies at Indiana University Health. She is a preceptor for UF and LECOM pharmacy students, PGY-1 and PGY-2 residents and is extensively involved in the education of Hematology/Oncology Fellows and Advanced Practice Providers. She is an active member of HOPA, FLASCO, NCODA, OPN-FL Chapter and ASTCT. She recently received the New Practitioner Award from HOPA in 2023 and is a member of the 2022 class of 40 under 40 in cancer presented by AVBCC at ASCO.
