Celcuity is a commercial-stage biotechnology company founded to address cellular abnormalities that drive tumor growth. Our teams of scientists are working to advance new targeted therapies for cancers involving the PAM (PI3K/AKT/mTOR) pathway, a key driver of many tumor types, including breast, prostate, lung, endometrial, colorectal, and ovarian cancers.

The company’s first approved product, REVTORPYK (gedatolisib), targets all Class I isoforms of PI3K and the mTORC1 and mTORC2 complexes, to comprehensively block the PAM pathway. REVTORPYK’s mechanism of action and dosing schedule are differentiated from other currently approved and investigational therapies that target PI3Kα, AKT, and/or mTORC1 alone or together.
