The FLASCO Breaking Barriers Summit: Improving Cancer Care Access for Rural, Veteran, and Underserved Populations is a vital session focused on addressing the critical barriers that limit access to oncology care for rural communities, veterans, and underserved populations. This summit will bring together healthcare professionals, researchers, and community leaders to discuss innovative, actionable solutions for overcoming challenges in cancer diagnosis, treatment, and supportive care for these high-risk groups. Through expert-led discussions, case studies, and collaborative panels, the summit will highlight key issues in oncology care, such as limited access to cancer screening, delayed diagnosis, and treatment gaps. Submit an Abstract
FLASCO invites our Corporate Partners to submit an abstract for the opportunity to present it as a poster during the FLASCO upcoming events. This activity is reserved for FLASCO Corporate Partners, and the benefit and fee schedule is included below.
Abstract Deadline: October 17, 2025
The FLASCO process involves collecting abstracts for review by the committee to assess their relevance and approval for poster presentations. The FLASCO Abstract Review Committee requests finalized data and prefers to receive complete and conclusive material rather than incomplete or in-trial data. At this time, FLASCO does not accept video abstracts, but encore abstracts are welcome. Typically, FLASCO can provide a decision within one week of submission.
If your abstract is accepted, the submitting company is responsible for printing the poster. The presenter from the company will either bring the poster to the venue or arrange for delivery. FLASCO will provide the display board and thumbtacks. The company representative will be responsible for hanging the poster on the designated board. Please note that the poster presentation event does not include CE/CME credits.

We kindly ask that the submitting company ensure all necessary permissions are obtained from the author to present and share the information. The submitting company may designate any individual to present the poster, and their contact information must be provided on the submission form.
