In 2015, the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation (CCF) (CCF) established a Research Fellowship Program to raise awareness and inspire innovative, quality research by early career investigators focused on basic and translational studies in cholangiocarcinoma.

Eligibility
Degree
- Doctor of Medicine
- Doctor of Philosophy
- Doctor of Pharmacy
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
Academic Level:
- Postdoctoral Fellows, Instructors, or Junior Faculty
- Must be within first 2 years of appointment at the time of application
Institutional Requirements:
- Universities, hospitals or research institutions worldwide
- Must have non-profit status
Funding
- The total award amount is up to $50,000
- The funding cycle is one year
- The number of grants in each funding cycle are determined based on individual merit and availability of funds.
Review Process
- A Scientific Review Board comprised of leading experts in the field of cholangiocarcinoma review grant applications and submit funding recommendations.
