Onyx Pharmaceuticals, an Amgen subsidiary, announced the assignment of HCPCS C-code for BLINCYTO™ (blinatumomab) for Injection for intravenous use1. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) assigned a unique C-code for BLINCYTO which became effective on April 1, 2015.
